SEDKY is a regional seasoned chief investment & real estate development executive who amassed +33 years of professional experience providing a distinguished track record of success in P&L management, investment strategies, corporate & JV management, multi-billion US$  merger & acquisition leadership, regional real estate development & investment. He held various chief officer, regional managing director, board of director, and managing director appointments at multi-national companies, semi-governmental & private groups, LLC and PLC companies from France, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Egypt. SEDKY developed a stellar career in multiple industries; including: real estate development, investment management, project & construction management, and architectural engineering. His achievements transcend real estate development & investments, global business development, general contracting & construction, general engineering & consulting, and project management disciplines. SEDKY sat on various boards representing private & semi-governmental multi-billion US$ international investment groups. He also sat on various higher investments, PPP / P3 – Public Private Partnerships’ projects, risk management committees, was member of executive team for TOD – Transit Oriented Real Estate Development & Investment projects, and directed commercialisation team. He completed many assignments throughout the Region, India, Africa, and the Far East. He is an independent international management consultant & board member of various associated companies.

GRANT has successfully pursued & defended multiple multi-million dollar claims & has extensive experience of contracts & commercial management civil engineering, general construction, energy, oil & gas, and maritime construction works.

JOLLY has been involved in real estate for +33 years as an investor, asset manager, developer, adviser, and financier. He is a seasoned professional talent and has a wealth of experience and expertise encompassing all phases of the real estate value chain. JOLLY has been active across all sectors of the market; however in recent years, he has developed a particular expertise in the retail sector specialising in shopping malls of various scales and types and in many other forms of out-of-town retail development projects. He worked in a number of countries, including the United Kingdom, most of continental Europe, the Middle East, and Japan. In addition, while he was Chief Executive of a well-known UK-based pan-European retail asset management company, JOLLY spent a number of years working with major Egyptian retail real estate developers and owners, with a vast experience advising on shopping mall developments and managing malls. He also provides professional advice to a number of companies in different countries, assisting them with the development and execution of their strategies, both at a corporate and asset-specific level. JOLLY holds MA Honours & is an Eminent Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors – RICS; he is Freeman of the City of London and member of the Court of the Worshipful Company of International Bankers.

PETERSEN has +32 years of professional experience in diverse finance related fields of professional efforts; to include merchant banking, both corporate and trade finance, various types of project finance, international business development, private equity, and financial advisory. He lived and worked in United States of America, Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, and GCC where he occupied positions such as bank officer for one of the top and largest five global banks for over a five-year period focusing on Sub-Saharan Africa. PETERSEN, also, held various large international banks’ officer positions focusing principally on the integration of a bank acquisition in Brazil and bank-to-bank underwriting in Latin America. He worked on Projects Finance for a large USA Corporation & Investments Group, where he led and advised internal consulting and business development initiatives that involved raising capital for several projects in Asia, Latin America, and North America. Most recently, PETERSEN has been working and offering financial advisory services and various project developments consulting for clients in Sub-Saharan Africa. His initial experience in Africa was as a Peace Corps Volunteer that took place in Kenya. PETERSEN is also a Veteran of the USA Air Force, holds undergraduate degree “B.S.B.A.” in finance from the University of Arizona, and a Master Degree in International Business Studies “MIBS” from the University of South Carolina.

He held positions of Chief Executive Officer for a holding group in UAE, Vice President-Asset Management for a hospitality fund in KSA, Head of Hotels Asset Management with a holding group in Qatar and Senior Hotel Classification Advisor to the Tourism Sector-Government of Bahrain. During his intense career, MASSOUD led the planning and development of more than 17 hotel and resorts projects and contributed to the successful opening of 10 hotels across MENA Region.

He started his career in the construction engineering field, then moved into project & construction management, and spent the best part of his career thereafter in the real estate development & portfolio management. AHMED lead large teams of real estate development professionals managing entire real estate portfolios of more than 14 million m2 and worth of total value exceeding US$ 7 Billion. During his career he held various managerial & leading positions starting with resident engineer, to project manager, to development manager, then senior portfolio manager, director of portfolio management, development executive director, and finally chief development officer. AHMED worked for multinational corporations and publicly listed companies where he managed the real estate portfolio with full P&L accountability, also, worked with various international consultants and contractors in both GCC and Egypt; where he successfully participated in international flagship developments such as Burj Dubai Development, the Dubai Mall and the Address Hotel, JAL twin Towers and Agha Khan Centre in Dubai.
